Layered: Beautifully, Naturally and Perfectly!

Weekly Photo Challenge
I started my walk this morning with my best-pet-friend, Sir Thomas. We love the cool morning walks. The sun had just come up and everything was feeling, smelling and looking fresh. We were both enjoying our stroll, Sir Thomas marking his territory along the way. Suddenly, he smells something under this one particular tree…he turns around, makes me turn around, pulling me towards the tree. He, of course, marks it and he is all done ready to move on to the next spot. But my attention suddenly gets caught by these beautiful layers within this tree trunk…layered beautifully, naturally and perfectly! Nature is amazing!

Vibrant! Perfect gift from the nature!
Vibrant! Perfect gift from the nature!

I came across this wild-flower during my walk with Sir Thomas. Β As he was sniffing for a spot to mark; I happened to spot this tiny wild-flower. Β It was almost fall season last year, and an unusual time for this to be in bloom. Β It’s VIBRANT yellow color caught my attention for sure! Β And, when I enlarged this photo…the perfect symmetry blew my mind! Β Our nature is amazing!

My cheat sheet:) I love it.

My one page note! Β My little helper:)

Small consistent changes to eating healthier and living an active lifestyle is what I did to get the results that I wanted. Β And, I am still doing it. Β I’ve been doing this for almost 15 years now. Β I still motivate myself and do lots of self talk. Β It has led me to live a healthier and happier life for me, my family and my friends.

Walking in nature is a great exercise. Here my husband is walking our dog Dixie. I walk with our other dog, Sir Thomas, as you may know him.

People ask me if I can help them. Β But I don’t have any certification. Β I do, however, know how I did it!Β My little note certainly helped. Β I would love to help others, I’m thinking of getting certification in Personal Training so that I can help others. Β In the meantime,Β I still wanted to share Β my little photo-note in this post:)

I made this yummy meal! It was filling and healthy, too.

I am regularly reading and learning from different websites. Β I educate myself and filter information to fit my body and my given genes. Β I fight and beat a few bad genes on a daily basis; but the rest I accept, and continue to move forward. Β I, recently, read a good article on fighting bad genes titled, “6 Ways to Beat Your Bad Genes.” Β You can read it on,Β http://www.prevention.com/fitness/fitness-tips/how-your-genes-impact-your-physical-fitness

Can’t emphasize enough – Being consistent and patient is what worked for me! Β Small consistent changes to eating healthier and living an active lifestyle is what I did to get the results that I wanted. Β And, I will continue doing it!
