Every Morning I say…

“I will have a good day, today! Today, if something bad happens; I want to be able to process the bad in my mind; and I certainly want to find the good in it to move my life forward!”…This is my tip to me.  My mornings begin with this short phrase.  A short phrase, which, for sure, has an enormous impact on my day.  I’ve been doing this for a few years now.  This short phrase has now developed into a healthy habit in my life.

A bad thing happened here. All parties involved, thankfully, were fine. My daughter was shaken up. She was one of the parties involved. The accident happened four months ago. She still thinks about it and has become a more conscious driver. The bad in this has been processed. And, the good in this is that we are able to move forward in our lives. Lesson learned.

What do you say to yourself each morning before starting your day?

Optimistic

I’m a grown-up but will always be a kid at heart. My optimism, always colorful!

Things around me are blurry often times, and I understand that’s because the world has infinite offerings.  They all overlap and become out of focus in my mind.  But, one of the infinite offerings is always clear in my head.  I completely embrace it.  And, it’s being optimistic.  Simply put, I live it!   It motivates me.   I am, after all, the Unstoppable Optimistic blogger.

Today’s Workout!

I have, recently, realized that I motivate people at my workout.  And, I didn’t even know about it, until now. My workouts have been mainly for me.  I do have to push myself!  Every workout that I complete motivates me for the next one. I self-talk; I do that a lot.  And, that helps me get to the gym, 99.9% of the time!  I have become, what you would call, a “Regular” at the gym. And, that has motivated some gym goers. They have come up to me to tell me that. That really feels good.

Reasons I workout… It just feels great all around! I am able to deal with the demands of the day so much better.

This brings me to the next step, which I think involves my wanting to help others get motivated. Motivate them to not only workout, but create a sustainable routine for a healthy lifestyle.

My goal:  To get certified in workout/healthy lifestyle field. I am writing this on my blog because I think this will keep me motivated to remain focused in achieving my goal.

My ultimate goal:  To help make a positive change in people’s lives, who need a little push in the direction of leading a healthy lifestyle.
