Corner – Navigating Myself!

“Hmm! Corners make my navigation a lot more challenging,” Sir Thomas is figuring out something – “I NEED to get to that scrap of bread he just dropped…don’t you try to help (he is telling me, his mom)…because you can’t even see that bread from where you are sitting, taking my picture.” “And, another thing – Do you really need to take so many of my pictures?” I tell him softly that I’ll never stop! He seem to ignore me at this moment. That piece of bread has his full attention! And, his focus being narrowed to make his way through the corners and angles of the bench. Go for it, Sir Thomas, I say to him!

Earth: Vastness, Vividness, Vitality!

Driving through this span of Earth was an out-of-body experience for me. I was literally the smallest creature realizing the vastness, vitality and vividness of the land I crawl upon. Earth – A big hug to you from little me! (driving through CA land and under its clear blue skies).

Against The Odds: Finally a Certified Instructor!

I couldn’t find a beat in many songs, I couldn’t get the correct poses, I couldn’t follow the choreography, I couldn’t look at other class members in the eye to coach them… All this as I was working hard to get certified in Les Mills, Body Flow program. Against all odds, after three attempts, I finally am a certified Body Flow Instructor! I’m so happy about it. I love this program all the way to my heart and soul!

Frame – I Saw Many!

I was walking around the promenade deck on a cruise ship. I had to halt here to see these impressive lights, especially, the bright blue lights framing the ship’s balconies, all around. Frame is what I saw from top to bottom, and right to left. I was totally wowed by this!

I saw breathtaking mornings as I hiked among these peaks. The sun rose early in the mountains of Machu Picchu, Peru. I hiked for 4 days and 3 nights in these mountains. Amazing experience!
